Why this exists
We used other gym software in our own gyms. We were not satisfied.
So we built what an owner actually needs. It turned out to be less, not more.
The software we paid for made easy things fiddly and important things invisible. Taking a part payment took too many taps. Knowing who owed money meant reading a list.
This is built for someone standing at a front desk with a member waiting.
And a lot of it, we took out

All built, all removed. The gyms running this did not use them, and every one made the software heavier for everyone else.

Expiring, expired, and expired in the last seven days sit on the dashboard as three lists. That is the call sheet.

What does it actually do?
It runs the gym and tells you how the gym is doing. Members, money, the door, a till, lockers, staff, and the dashboard and reports on top.
Who built this?
Gym owners. We ran gyms on other software, were not satisfied, and built what we needed.
Is there an app for members?
No. Every screen is for you and your staff.
Can members pay through the software?
No. Money changes hands at your desk as it does now. The software records it the moment it happens and posts it to your books. Cash, bKash, Nagad, card and bank transfer are ways of recording what you were paid.
What do I need at the door?
One fingerprint and card reader, a ZKTeco F22, fitted by an electrician. It is the only reader we support.
How do we get started?
Talk to us. If it fits, we set the gym up and move your members and payment history across by hand. There is no self-service signup or import.
