The software
What does it actually do?
It runs the gym and tells you how the gym is doing. Members, money, the door, a till, lockers, staff, and the dashboard and reports on top.
Is there an app for members?
No. Every screen is for you and your staff.

The door
What do I need at the door?
One fingerprint and card reader, a ZKTeco F22, fitted by an electrician. It is the only reader we support.
Does the door need a fixed internet connection?
No. The reader dials out to us, so there is no fixed address, nothing to forward, and no computer that has to stay on.
What happens at the door when somebody renews?
Nothing. Selling the package grants access, and the door reads the expiry directly. Nobody ticks a box.

Messaging
Whose number do the messages come from?
Your gym's own. Pair it once, and messages go from the number your members already have saved. Use a SIM the gym owns.
Can it message people on its own?
No. Somebody chooses who and writes it, every time. Nothing is scheduled and nothing fires by itself.

Money
Can members pay through the software?
No. Money changes hands at your desk as it does now. The software records it the moment it happens and posts it to your books. Cash, bKash, Nagad, card and bank transfer are ways of recording what you were paid.
How do part payments work?
Take whatever the member gives you, whenever. The balance is worked out fresh each time it is read, never stored, so it cannot drift from the payments.

Getting started
How do we get started?
Talk to us. If it fits, we set the gym up and move your members and payment history across by hand. There is no self-service signup or import.
We already use something else. How bad is switching?
The data move is our job. Plan for cards: if you check members in by hand today, nobody has one yet, and issuing them is part of the switch.
Will the front desk be able to use it?
It was built for someone standing at a counter with a member waiting. We train the desk in person and stay close for the first week.
What if a staff member forgets their password?
You set it again. There is no reset link, on purpose.
